Class Descriptions
Fall 2009

AAA (All About Abs):  As the class is the named, the focus is the abdominal area. You will definitely find and develop your muscles to give you a stronger and more balanced core body.

CSI (Cardio & Strength Intervals): This class is designed for anyone who wants a great overall workout that consists of changing between cardio and strengthening segments every few minutes. 

“30” Cardio:  30 minutes of intensive cardio work done on the machines and/or in the aerobics room.  Cool down and stretching will be done on your own.

“30” Strength:  30 minutes of efficient & effective strengthening exercises using many different techniques and methods.  Stretching will be done on your own. 

Spin Cycling:  A great class that will build your stamina and endurance on specialized bicycles. 

Step It Up:  You will learn and use fun patterns that will not only make the class go by fast, but help you burn calories faster!

Water Worx: Group water aerobics in the aqua therapy/exercise pool.  This class is gentle on the joints, but very effective for overall health and wellness.


Classes are included in facility memberships. Class punch cards can be purchased for those who only want to utilize the classes and not the rest of the facility.
