SPORT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS
Athletic Performance Enhancement Program
This program integrates high-level strength and conditioning principles and techniques. Our goal is to increase each athlete’s strength , power, agility, energy system resources, and flexibility. This will result in athlete’s who are stronger, more powerful, quicker, and at a lesser risk of injury. The program is designed around the sport-specific needs of each individual athlete.
Sessions will include:
- Active neuromuscular warm-ups to improve flexibility and proper balance
- Explosive training utilizing plyometrics and weight training
- Movement skills training in linear, lateral, vertical, and multi-directional facets
- Core training to strengthen the athlete’s torso
- Agility drills to increase quickness and reaction abilities
- Energy system training to meet the rigors of the sport
- Pre and post testing for physical parameters
Cost: $175 for 16 sessions (2 or 3 times per week)

Speed, Agility and Quickness Training
- Fundamental movement instruction where correct technique and proper body placement will be analyzed and critiqued
- Highly intense flexibility, speed, power, and agility program designed to foster better sport specific skills
- Drills will emphasize power training, plyometrics, speed training, quickness, and sport specific agility movements
- Dynamic warm-up to improve flexibility
- Core training to strengthen athlete’s torso
- Movement skills training in linear, lateral, vertical, and multi-directional facets
- Pre and post testing for physical parameters
Cost: $175 for 16 sessions (2 or 3 times per week)

Pre-Season Sport Enhancement Program
This program is great for athletes that are preparing for an upcoming sport season. This program is sport specific in every exercise that is performed. It concentrates on giving the athlete a combination of strength, agility and quickness in relation to the demands of their sport. This program not only helps prepare the athlete for the physical demands of the sport but also helps reduce the risk of injury for the athlete when practice begins.
Sessions will include:
- Active warm-ups to improve flexibility and proper balance
- Explosive training utilizing plyometrics
- Core training to strengthen the athlete’s torso
- Agility drills to increase athlete’s quickness and agility
- Conditioning drills specific to the athlete’s sport
- Sport specific weight training
- Pre and post testing
Cost: $225 for 18 sessions (6wks @ 3 times/wk)

Who is it for?
Male and Female athletes age 13 and up
These programs are designed for athletes in any sport looking to improve his or her athletic abilities and sport-specific conditioning. Drills will emphasize plyometrics, speed training, power, quickness, & agility movements.
Who will be doing the training?
Training will be conducted through close professional supervision from a certified personal trainer. Correct technique and safety will be a priority!
When is a good time to sign up?
Anytime that Fitness Worx is open. Drop in and talk to Chris about starting up a Sport Enhancement Program. The Fitness Worx hours are:
Monday-Friday……...…5:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday………………..7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Sunday…………………12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
